Replacement and return policies and terms:

The customer has the right to replace the product with another, before sending the shipment. After sending the shipment, he is entitled to exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the difference in product cost, if any. In case that the customer received the product open, mismatched or damaged, the site bears the shipping costs.

The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and no change has occurred, and the customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days after examining the product and making sure of it is eligible to return.

If any item has a manufacturer defect, does not work properly or even does not match the description, you have the right to return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt and the value of the item will be refunded to you in addition to the shipping cost that you paid when purchasing in case you have only one product in your order, and after inspecting the product and making sure of its eligibility to return.

In case that the payment is through the installment companies, the refund will be made through them.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Return is not accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt, and exchange is not accepted after 14 days
  • When the product is changed from its original condition after receipt for any reason.
  • Anything missing from the packaging you received including price tags, labels, original packaging, free accessories and accessories.
  • Defective products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • When used beyond the purpose of the experiment if allowed.
  • Products manufactured at the request of the customer according to the specifications specified by him.
  • It should not be among the specified non-returnable categories such as underwear, cosmetics, socks, personal care products…etc.
  • Urtech.sa.com is not responsible for the damage caused by misuse by the customer

What are the terms of exchange and return?

The customer can return the purchases within only 7 days from the date of receipt, or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as the returned or exchanged products is in its original condition when purchased, unused and its outer packaging in its original condition and the original invoice is available, taking into account some exceptions on some Products mentioned in the above policies and conditions.

What if the invoice is lost, is there a possibility of replacement or return or benefit from the warranty?

When you place your order, a copy of your invoice with the order number will be sent to you on the email registered on our website. In case that the invoice is lost for some reason, we can send it again to the same email, as long as you provide us with the order number and customer information, and it must match the invoice data.

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel an order before receiving the product?

If the order is shipped:

When the order is shipped by a delivery partner it will be difficult to cancel your order.

However, inform us that you wish to cancel the order and we will forward the order to the delivery partner to cancel the order.

The delivery partner’s call and refusal to receive the order can also be answered by stating the reasons.

Why can’t I return some products?

Unfortunately, you cannot return the following products:

Products that are not in their original packaging, products that have lost original labels or serial numbers, and missing accessories.

Specific products such as: personal care, skin care, hair care, or products sold by meters or by weight such as wires, chains, tiles, paints, or chemicals.

How do I get my money back?

Once the product you want to return is picked up and products have been received, inspected & found to be eligible for refund, then we will process refunds in the following manner:

We’ll process your refund within 5 – 10 working days from the moment your return is picked up. Though we process the refund within 5 – 10 working days, the actual credit into your account would depend on your bank processing time*. The amount will be refunded to the same method of payment used in purchasing the product online.

Kindly note that during sales events our refund processing times might vary.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

The money would be refunded to urtech credit balance within 5 working days from the moment your return is picked up which you will see in your account login page. This urtech credit balance can be used during your next purchases on uretch.
